Tinh Nguyen Tay Ninh Rice Paper is made primarily from rice starch, creating thick, pleasantly chewy sheets with a subtle, naturally aromatic rice fragrance. Its ideal thickness provides the right firmness for rolling, helping prevent tearing while securely holding the filling inside. Especially well suited for a variety of Vietnamese-style rolls, such as Tay Son rolls and squid rolls, it wraps the filling neatly and creates rolls that are hearty, satisfying, and full of flavor.
Useful tips:
- Take a piece of rice paper.
